About Wanjibots Limited
Who we are
Wanjibots Limited is a Kenyan company running everyday financial and telecommunications services from two branches on the Nairobi–Ngong corridor. We are an Airtel Franchise Partner at Matasia and a multi-service money agency at Karen, and we manage rental property on behalf of landlords.
Most of what we do is ordinary and important: a trader banking the day's takings, a parent sending school fees, a customer replacing a lost SIM, a landlord who wants rent collected and accounted for without chasing anyone. We are judged on whether the money is right and whether the queue moves.
What we do
Airtel Money and M-Pesa deposits, withdrawals and float services, including float for sub-agents.
Cash deposits and withdrawals for Co-operative Bank, Equity Bank and KCB account holders.
Airtime top-ups, new Airtel line registration, SIM replacement and SIM distribution to sub-agents.
Phones, accessories and SIM packs, in branch and through our online shop for collection or delivery.
Letting, rent collection, tenant management and landlord statements, for a commission on rent actually collected.
Quotations, supply and delivery for business and institutional clients.

How we work
Three things sit behind the counter and are worth knowing about, because they are what protect your money as much as ours.
- Every till is reconciled daily. At the close of business each branch counts its cash, checks each float and bank balance against the system, and explains any difference in writing before the day is signed off. A day that does not balance is not closed; it is investigated.
- Nothing is deleted. A transaction that was recorded wrongly is not erased. It is voided — with a written reason, approved by a second person — and the correct one is posted. Both remain visible for ever. The same is true of prices, stock counts and opening balances.
- Every action is logged to a person. Who did it, at which branch, from which device, at what time, and what the record looked like before. The log cannot be edited or deleted, by anybody, including us.
If you ever believe a transaction of yours was recorded wrongly, we can trace it precisely, and we would rather you asked than wondered.

Our company registration number, KRA PIN and county business permit numbers are displayed at each branch and are given in full on any invoice or receipt we issue. Ask at the counter if you need them in writing.
